Shipping policy

CYPRUS  ORDERS will be delivered with ACS COURIER. 

ORDERS TO ALL OTHER DESTINATIONS will be shipped with signed and registered standard mail. You can easily track your order by clicking on the tracking number provided or alternatively through your country's postal provider.

For Germany -Deutsche post, the UK - Royal Mail, for France - La Poste, for Spain - Correos etc

Standard tracking shows when a package leaves the origin country and is updated only when it reaches the destination country.

ESTIMATED SHIPPING: Most packages take between 4 to 20 working days depending on where you are. If you fail to receive your order in 6 weeks from the dispatch date you can request a refund or replacement. 

UNCLAIMED PACKAGES: If you fail to claim the  package in the given time it will be returned to sender. To avoid this please keep track of your package. If this happens I will contact you and send it back. For packages delivered via courier like Fedex packages will be destroyed if the recipient is not available and this is not refundable.

IMPORT DUTIES/TARRIFFS Buyers are responsible for any customs/tarriffs and import taxes that may apply. Delays due to customs are beyond my control.
